of its users in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016
(General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and French Law No. 78-17 of 6
January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties
("Loi Informatique et Libertés").

We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area,
notably in the United States (Wix, Cloudbeds, Google).
These transfers are governed by:
- The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 for
certified providers, or
- Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision
2021/914 of 4 June 2021).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your

- Right to rectification (GDPR Art. 16): request correction of inaccurate or
incomplete data
- Right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17): request deletion of your data in certain
circumstances
- Right to restriction of processing (GDPR Art. 18): limit how we use your data
- Right to data portability (GDPR Art. 20): receive your data in a structured,
machine-readable format
- Right to object (GDPR Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate
interest, including profiling for direct marketing
- Right to withdraw consent (GDPR Art. 7.3): withdraw consent at any time
without affecting prior lawful processing
- Right to lodge a complaint: file a complaint with the French Data Protection
Authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights have been violated
- Right to provide post-mortem directives (Loi Informatique et Libertés
Art. 85): define what happens to your data after death

will respond within one month of receipt of your request, which may be
extended by two months for complex requests.
We may ask for proof of identity to verify the legitimacy of your request.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect
your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or
destruction. Despite our efforts, no transmission over the internet or
storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to
your rights and freedoms, we will inform you and the CNIL in accordance with
applicable regulations.

provided in our Cookie Policy, accessible from the website footer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in
