On the palate, this wine reveals juicy notes of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, and a lighter touch of juicy raspberry. It's complemented by subtle hints of violet, cornflower, licorice, and fine nuances of cardamom and tea, with very discreet undertones of caramelization in the background. The tannins are fine, and there's a delicate savoriness towards the finish. It leaves a persistent aftertaste with slight toasted almond and licorice (zan) notes.

Dark and intense purple robe. The nose is of great purity with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, delicious notes of cocoa and tobacco, accented with a zest of citrus. The palate is rich and sapid, with a powerful and vibrant body leading to a persistent finish.
The 2016 vintage, remarkable for the definition and concentration of the wines produced, will undoubtedly mark both the palate and the memory of those who taste it.

The minerality blends into the roundness, resulting in a long and fresh finish.

L'Abeille de Fieuzal, Pessac-Leognan, 2021 - White

It is characterized by subtle golden yellow reflections. On the nose, there are aromas of white flowers, linden, and chamomile, both discreet and intense with a persistent sense of maturity. These evolve into notes of white fruits, such as apple and fresh pineapple, ending with a vanilla, buttery, and honeyed aspect, which is a characteristic expression of Sémillon. The palate is taut, extending the presence of this wine, with a tangy freshness on the finish.

Clear gold color with green reflections. The nose is mineral and powerful, exhibiting intense floral and fruity notes of white peach and apricot. On the palate, it offers beautiful tension—a complete wine that is round and full of fruit, well-balanced with lively acidity.

Carmes de Rieussec, Sauternes, 2020 - White

Delicate on the nose, it blends fragrances of rhubarb and peach with delectable notes of white flowers.

A fresh attack with rhubarb notes gives way to a captivating palate of indulgence and purity. Persistent and creamy, the finish reveals buttery and slightly muscat aromas.

La Constellation du Scorpion, Vincent Gaudry Vigneron, Sancerre, 2019 - White

Coming from the lieu-dit "Les Bouloises" in Saint-Satur, a southwest-facing slope just below a wood where the soil is "Silex" - a mix of flint with quite sandy siliceous clay. Constellation du Scorpion is made from Sauvignon Blanc, vinified and aged in a tronconic oak vat until July. The flint seems to bring more tension here, with a deeply textured profile and very bright flinty nuances.

Vin de Madame la comtesse, Vin De Madame La Comtesse, Chateau De Montfaucon, Lirac, 2020 - White

Aromatically restrained, with subtle tobacco and cedar around the central honeysuckle and fennel notes. Medium-bodied, with a lovely soft effect on the tongue and slim ribbons of acidity weaving through the wine which ends long and focused. Great energy, elegance and precision. From a half-hectare parcel of vines planted before 1870, so some of the oldest in the Rhône Valley. Fermented then aged in used barrels.

It's hard to be disappointed by a great white wine like this one; the finesse of the great premier crus of Burgundy is palpable from the first sip, with a finish of hazelnuts and almonds.

Château Climens Bordeaux Lilium, 2022 - White

A playful, delicate, and addictive nose with notes of white flowers and stone fruits. The palate is exceptionally pure, with a clear and caressing texture and movement, a mineral finish of remarkable sharpness, and full of elegance.

Pour Vous, Vincent Gaudry, Sancerre, 2021 - White

Vincent Gaudry only produces this cuvée when the vintage is suitable and only selects the barrels that he deems worthy. Coming from clay-limestone soils, the idea was to produce a Sancerre as it was made in the 1950s.

L'Orpailleur Ice wine, 2019 - 20 cl

Sweet wine with aromas of apricot, honey, candied fruit and mango. On the palate, this complexity of flavors is supported by a refreshing acidity and a nice balance, with notes of imposing fruit.

Inniskillin Ice Wine Vidal Reserve - 2017 (37,5 cl)

This unique and exquisite Canadian delight was harvested at the height of Canada’s crisp winter. Naturally frozen on the vine and then picked when the temperature drops to a frigid -10ºC (14ºF). Only a small amount of concentrated nectar can be squeezed from each bunch. The juice is then slowly fermented at an average temperature of 15ºC (59ºF) to achieve a rich, specialty wine know as Icewine.
Aromatics of tropical fruit including mango, lychee and keffir lime dominate, on the palate fruit flavors including peach, nectarine and lemon are balanced by a crisp, lively acidity.

Peller Estates Ice Wine Oak Aged Vidal 2018 - 37,5 cl

Exquisite and exceptional; made from naturally frozen Vidal Blanc grapes harvested from Niagara Peninsula vineyards at -10°C. Pressed frozen, releasing only one drop of pure extract from each grape. Fermented at a cool temperature to retain fruit concentration, then aged in older French oak barrels for four months for added complexity.

Leclerc Briant: Abyss 2017 Vintage Organic

This cuvée is more than special as the Champagne house Leclerc Briant and the company Amphoris, which specializes in underwater operations, have teamed up with the innovative idea of submerging the bottles at the bottom of the sea (near the coast of Ouessant Island, Brittany) for their aging process.

Visually, the champagne displays a golden hue with fine, lively bubbles.
On the nose, it offers freshness, depth, and concentration.
On the palate, there are notes of fruit with a lemony acidity. The finish is delicately chalky and fruity, with saline and chalky aromas.

Courcelles Rhum Hors d'âge Vintage 1972

1972 marks the year of the final vintage and last distillation from molasses for this distillery. Aged in 220-liter oak barrels, this rum was bottled in 2021. While no age statement is indicated on the bottle, the maturation period is estimated at over 20 years.
